Valerie Hosterman

Valerie is a recent graduate of Penn State with a B. S. degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She has been with the Hort Woods family for over a year as both a student float and an intern in the Bridge for Learning classroom! She is originally from Maryland, but currently lives in the Centre Hall area with her family and dog. She is drawn to preschoolers for their creative and optimistic minds, and loves how children can spark her own curiosity everyday! In her free time you can catch Valerie at the gym, doing yoga, or spending time with family or friends out and about in State College.
