Rachel Turner

Rachel is a native of Bellefonte. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2014 with a B.S. in Childhood and Early Adolescent Education and a minor in Special Education. Since graduation she has worked as a lead teacher at ABC Children's Center for over two years. From a young age Rachel has been passionate about art and dance. In her spare time, she teaches ballet, enjoys gardening, and loves spending time with her little sisters and nieces.
