Rachel Floravit
Rachel graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Psychology. She has over ten years of experience in the early childhood field ranging from student intern to center administration. Rachel has a true passion for fostering a child’s natural curiosity to explore their environment and learn through play. She believes in the importance of allowing children to feel ownership in their learning by creating curriculum opportunities based on their interests and strengths. She feels creating strong bonds with each child and their family helps to create a truly individualized learning experience.
