Nancy Smoyer

Nancy has over 30 years’ experience working with infants and toddlers. She has spent the past 25 years at Penn State first at the Child Development Laboratory and now at Hort Woods. She graduated from Penn State with a BS degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She enjoys cooking and baking and loves to share these interests with the children.
