Matt has worked at The Bennett Center for over a decade and received his B.S. and M.Ed. from Penn State in Early Childhood Education. Although he started his career in elementary education, his experience at Bennett provided him with the opportunity to witness the magic that happens during children’s development from birth to kindergarten. Matt loves sharing with young children the excitement of a game of tag, a silly song, or work in the garden. Matt finds it rewarding to contribute to the Bennett community by serving on the University's Childcare Advisory Committee, as well as the center’s PBIS and Vision Committees. He also greatly appreciates the rapport he can develop with families over an extended time. Most of all, he thinks preschoolers are the funniest people in the world.
